absolutely dreadful stay at this so-called hotel. I woudl ve been okay about the chewed-up bathroom floor and live cockroaches if I had received any kind of welcome gift or complimentary gesture. It's shocking that a paid hotel stay comes with such rude service while my things got tossed around carelessly. I just couldn’t believe it!

The check-in process was smooth , and the staff was friendly. The room was surprisingly spacious, offering a nice city view, which added a lovely touch to our stay. Convenient location near gas stations made it easy to refuel before heading out.

The bathroom floor could use some thorough cleaning.

The location was super convenient to major roads. I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for 2 nights and it was clean and comfortable. The easy access. Just a heads up, the place isn't called Sky Palace Inn anymore.

This was an optimal selection for spending a night in San Antonio with definitely value for money. The bathroom was clean, which was a pleasant surprise. Bring your own pillows just in case.

sky palace inn by jasper near at & t center is a great value! the staff was friendly and attentive. traveling with my four dogs was smooth, as they allowed pets. the decent pet fee is worth it for the convenience.
